All supported banks and guides

After you load a file, the converter suggests a profile when the header or the shape of the rows fits one. Always confirm that it is your bank.

3. Choose where the data goes

4. Read the preview, then download

Free version: each download holds the first 25 converted rows of your file. A licence removes this limit.

Load a file to see the preview.

Check the dates, the direction of the amounts and the row count against your statement before you import the file anywhere.

Licence: all 40 profiles and no row limit

The free version includes 5 bank profiles (Chase bank account, Wells Fargo checking, TD Canada Trust, Monzo, Commonwealth Bank), the manual column mapper and the first 25 converted rows of each file.

A licence adds the other 35 profiles and removes the 25-row limit.

The 9 USD one-time licence unlocks the 40 bank profiles included today. Bank export formats can change, so a mapping may go out of date; no future profiles are promised.

Privacy

The conversion runs locally in your browser. The file you load or paste is not uploaded and is not sent anywhere: it is read, converted and offered back to you as a download on your own device. This page loads no outside scripts, fonts or trackers.

Only the licence key is sent: when you press Unlock, the key goes to this site, which checks it with Gumroad and then returns the paid profile list. Nothing about your bank file goes with it.

The 40 bank profiles

Exactly 40 profiles are included: 5 free and 35 with a licence. Each profile describes one CSV layout of one bank or account type.

Bank formats change. Banks alter their CSV files without notice, so a mapping can go out of date and a profile may not fit the file you have today. When that happens the preview will look wrong or rows will be left out: use the manual column mapper instead.

Where the layouts come from

No bank supplied or approved these layouts. Each one was copied on 5 October 2026 from a public open-source importer file kept by volunteers: Firefly III import configurations, bank2ynab, hledger example rules and, as a second source, csv2ofx.

Most of those sources give column positions, not header text: only 4 of the 40 profiles (Monzo, PayPal, Capital One US, RBC) can be matched by header name. For 34 of the 40 the direction of the amount (which sign means money out) is inferred from the role the importer gives the column, which is weaker evidence than a sample row. The tool shows this next to each profile and offers a switch to flip the sign.

The output layouts follow the CSV rules on the YNAB, QuickBooks Online, Xero and Wave help pages as read on 5 October 2026. The Xero and Wave pages refuse automated reading, so their rules were taken from search excerpts of those pages. Vendors change these rules without notice.
